Job summary

Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver the Oakley Experience to customers. You will supervise staff, drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure customer satisfaction while safeguarding brand equity.

The role requires retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to train staff. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is expected. Competitive total rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales experience within a specialty environment.
• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to train staff and build relationships.
• Standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of Oakley and its products is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred.
