Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager for our Loveland, CO location. You will lead a team to deliver the Oakley experience, drive sales, and ensure store profitability while maintaining brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail sales and at least 1 year in management, with the ability to train staff, recruit talent, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Physical requirements include standing and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales experience in a specialty environment.
• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to develop and train staff, build relationships and utilize staff effectively.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of Oakley products and an enthusiastic, sports-minded attitude.
