Urban Outfitters in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager who will support the service experience, visual processes, and store operations to create an engaging shopper environment. You will act as an owner, lead a team, onboard new hires, and partner with the Store Manager to recruit and develop talent while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsabilités

• Drives a service culture with engaging experiences and uses feedback to improve interactions.
• Acts as a brand representative and partners with Visual Merchandising on engaging displays.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, and curbside pickup.
