Job summary

Roses Discount Store in Mobile, Alabama is looking for an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier who will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting the Store Manager in daily operations. You will lead a team, ensure the store's assets are protected, and meet productivity standards.

The ideal candidate will have retail management experience and strong communication skills. The position allows for flexible scheduling and includes opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Ability to lift, bend and transport merchandise weighing up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work flexible, part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the hiring, training and development of store team members.
• Perform all opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Direct supervisory responsibility for all hourly Team Members when Store Manager is absent.
