• Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 10+ years of retail leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading and driving top-line sales by coaching the sales floor and directing the team.
• Overseeing visual merchandising, payroll management, inventory control, and operations.
• Coaching and developing leaders within the area of responsibility.
• Managing weekly schedules of leaders and associates.
• Ensure brand standards and consistent execution across the store.
