Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co Store Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive and grow top-line sales. You will coach and develop the team, manage payroll, inventory, and visual merchandising to uphold brand standards.

The role reports to the District Manager and requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.
