Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of sales experience.
1–2 years of customer service experience.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Basic math proficiency.
Ability to work scheduled shift hours and overtime as needed.
Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, customers and suppliers in person, by phone and in writing.
Demonstrate self-motivation and a competitive drive to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through Spectrum products and services from welcome to checkout.
Apply sales strategies to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals.
Educate customers with knowledge of Spectrum offerings and solutions.
Support store leadership with inventory control, cash handling and escalations.
Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations, tools and resources.
Maintain store appearance per planogram and process payments accurately.
Provide feedback to leadership on sales opportunities and operations.
