Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. You will coach assistants, lead Sales Leads and Associates, and ensure brand standards are met while exceeding KPI targets.

You will craft connections with customers, recruit and develop talent, and apply analytical thinking to optimize operations and merchandising.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal form.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Talent magnet with recruiting, retention, and development capabilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and immerse the team in Pandora's culture, driving exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and manage Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to meet KPIs.
• Build plans to exceed store and individual sales targets through authentic fan engagement.
