Job summary

Mejuri is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Seattle to help deliver an exceptional retail experience and support the store leadership team in day-to-day operations. You will oversee performance, drive sales, and partner with operations, inventory control, and merchandising to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and support the Store Manager in driving sales.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold Mejuri's selling standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on inventory, merchandising, and store initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and coach staff to improve metrics like conversion, CVR, and NPS.
• Ensure efficient back-of-house operations, shrink control, and loss prevention.
