Job summary

Mejuri is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Bellevue, WA to join our growing team. You will support the Store Manager across daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on coaching staff, optimizing inventory, and maintaining Mejuri’s visual standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs, including retention and NPS, while championing a positive team culture and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with experience supporting, coaching, and motivating a team.
• Solid understanding of what great customer experience looks like and how to bring it to life on the floor.
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Bonus: leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure the in-store customer experience meets Mejuri's Steps of Selling.
• Drive KPIs such as customer retention, conversion rates, and NPS.
• Oversee inventory, cycle counts, and back-of-house operations.
• Manage order fulfillment, packaging, and store supplies to ensure efficiency.
• Coach team on visual standards, merchandising, and brand presentation.
