Mejuri in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to deliver an exceptional retail experience and partner with the Store Manager on day-to-day operations, performance, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll lead the STACK, oversee operations, inventory, merchandising, and technology usage, aim to hit KPIs like customer retention, conversion and NPS, and foster a positive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching of store teams.
• Strong track record in delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Experience in achieving KPIs such as retention, conversion, and NPS.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences.
• Drive sales and support Store Manager in daily operations.
• Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and store supplies.
• Maintain Mejuri brand standards in visuals and merchandising.
• Coach and develop store team through onboarding and training.
• Monitor KPIs and escalate issues with cross-functional teams.
