Job summary

Mejuri in Seattle is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be the go-to person for guidance on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and partner across operations, inventory, and merchandising.

This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, scheduling, onboarding, and training, with KPIs like customer retention, conversion, and NPS.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with experience supporting, coaching, and motivating a team.
• Solid understanding of great customer experience and how to bring it to life on the floor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment–you understand the importance of experimentation and iteration.
• Bonus: leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store customer experience and KPIs such as NPS.
• Oversee inventory, cycle counts, and back-of-house organization.
• Manage back-of-house flow to support in-store and phone sales, including BOPIS.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and campaign/signage execution.
• Onboard and train new team members; schedule and coach staff.
