Formación

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of retail management experience required.
• 3 years of retail sales/guest service/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations and multiunit capacity.
• Deliver best-in-class guest service and answer questions professionally.
• Oversee visual and operational elements to support sales initiatives.
• Process transactions accurately using POS and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll and time-off within policy.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and security per guidelines.
• Foster guest loyalty through programs and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and loss prevention.
