Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage schedules.
• Knowledge of store policies, inventory control and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates, Retail Keyholders, and Assistant Store Managers.
• Schedule store associates ensuring guidelines are followed and breaks accounted for.
• Approve payroll, manage PTO, and verify time and attendance.
• Lead the team to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals and perform admin duties.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise for easy shopping.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.
• Protect assets through inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Communicate with District Manager to implement store initiatives.
