Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
