You will recruit, onboard, and develop staff, set schedules, and oversee inventory and loss prevention while upholding store standards and safety. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED required.
• Proven retail management experience (2+ years).
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficient with retail software and MS Office.
• Analytical thinker with solution orientation.
• Comfortable working in a fragrance environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
