Activate is expanding with a new Milwaukee (Wauwatosa) location. We are seeking a Store Leader to energize customers, lead a dynamic team, and manage daily gaming operations to deliver an exceptional experience.

Reporting to the Regional Leader, you will drive performance, oversee operations, and coordinate training. This full-time role requires high energy, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and interpret company expectations.

• Maintain brand consistency and local event involvement.
• Perform regular inspections of front desk and gaming areas.
• Lead daily cleaning and maintenance per standards.
• Provide training and identify risks to prevent safety concerns.
• Report operational updates to Regional Leader with improvement ideas.
• Manage facility maintenance processes and inventory flow.
