You will oversee daily operations, energize a fast-paced team, and deliver an exceptional gaming experience for guests. Reporting to the Regional Leader, you’ll fix issues, coach staff, and drive brand standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 2 years of experience in a customer facing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members
• Ability to manage store operations and drive a positive customer experience
• Experience with basic safety protocols and use of hand/power tools as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and communicate company expectations
• Create a lasting customer experience and ensure satisfaction is a top priority
• Lead in hiring and developing the talent pipeline for the store
• Schedule duties to ensure peak periods are staffed and maintain performance tracking
• Maintain brand consistency through customer experiences and local events
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of gaming areas and front desk
• Provide regular updates to Regional Leader on operations and improvements
