You will manage hiring, performance, and daily execution while ensuring safe, engaging store environments and a focus on delivering feel-good moments for customers and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience and results in retail.
• 2+ years in a store or multi-store manager role.
• Thrives in a customer-first retail environment.
• Able to coach associates and provide feedback in moment.
• Willing to work peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team.
• Set clear performance expectations and accountability across the team.
• Own leadership tasks addressing customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance.
• Partner with the SLT to support action plans and execute operations.
• Lead floorset direction and ensure the product story comes to life.
• Open and close routines including deposits, shipments, and directives.
