Job summary

Bath & Body Works in San Diego is seeking a Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth. Store leaders serve as the front line of our field leadership, combining retail savvy with brand ambassadorship to connect with customers daily.

You will lead hiring, coaching and performance management, and ensure strong selling and brand education across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, exceptional customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team (SLT).
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals for all associates through effective leadership.
• Own and delegate leadership tasks to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the SLT to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and disseminate directives.
