Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in North Las Vegas to deliver a white-glove customer experience and support store leaders with daily operations and risk mitigation.

You will lead Customer Service Representatives where applicable, assist with training, and help maintain compliance with brand standards while growing local relationships and ensuring smooth in-store execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or relevant leadership experience.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan/pawn cycle.
• Assist recovery processes and manage collection calls with focus on customer service.
• Meet performance standards through referrals, partnerships, and events.
• Develop relationships to grow business and protect store profitability.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
• Handle opening/closing procedures, vault and cash management.
• Oversee store appearance and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members at all levels.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule including limited Saturday hours.
