Qualifications

• 3+ years Retail Management experience
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Support creation and maintenance of succession planning and staffing schedules
• Coach and train team members; provide feedback and escalate issues as needed
• Manage onboarding and ongoing training with HQ and store leadership
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Ensure loss prevention practices and compliance with policies
• Drive exceptional customer experience through engaging service and brand ambassador behavior
• Coordinate with store leadership to balance operational, visual, and customer priorities
