Job summary

Reformation is seeking a Store Manager to lead our flagship retail operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will own sales performance, staffing, scheduling, and brand standards across the store, partnering with regional leadership to achieve revenue and customer experience goals.

You will recruit, develop, and coach staff, manage losses and inventory controls, and uphold the brand’s sustainability narrative in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Retail Experience.
• Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Measure and Monitor sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Own store operational execution to achieve revenue targets within budget.
• Understand business drivers and build solutions.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Deliver an elevated client experience as a brand ambassador and educate on sustainability.
• Lead the sales floor and build loyal client relationships.
• Provide coaching for continuous improvement.
• Schedule effectively to balance payroll and service levels.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience and NPS scores.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and train the team on controls.
