The Store Manager collaborates with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to implement Lowe’s business strategy and develop talent within the store. This role requires strong leadership and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years leading associates in large retail with >$20M annual sales.
• 5 years cross-functional, fast-paced work experience.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Experience building partnerships within the community.
• Experience analyzing customer, market, and competitor data for planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure associates deliver friendly, professional service to all customers.
• Monitor store plans’ performance, profitability, and flow-through.
• Champion asset protection plans to improve safety and security outcomes.
• Manage overall store operations: expenses, merchandising, safety, and workforce.
• Collaborate with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute Lowe’s strategy.
• Build and support a store culture aligned to Lowe’s mission and values.
