Job summary

You will work with cross-functional partners in HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute the Lowe’s business strategy while managing expenses, merchandising standards, compliance, safety, and workforce. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4 years leading store associates in a large retail setting with >$20M annual sales.
• 5 years experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience implementing corporate or local change initiatives.
