Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience leading associates in a large retail environment.
• 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Experience analyzing customer, market, and competitor data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations including expenses, merchandising standards, safety, and compliance.
• Drive sales, service strategies, and margin performance across the store.
• Collaborate with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute Lowe's business strategy.
