The role emphasizes building a strong store culture, recruiting and developing talent, and delivering outstanding customer experiences that support margin performance and business growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading associates in a large retail environment with $20M+ annual sales.
• 5+ years in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships in a matrixed setup.
• Experience using customer, market, and competitor data for planning.
• Experience sponsoring corporate or local change initiatives.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure associates deliver friendly, professional and timely service.
• Monitor store performance, profitability and plan execution.
• Champion asset protection and safety programs.
