Socket.dev is seeking a Store Assistant Manager (full-time) to assist the Store Manager in all store operations and to guide a team of brand advocates toward delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the company’s brand values.

The role focuses on profitability, training, merchandising, inventory control, and ensuring consistent brand standards. Flexibility in schedule and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Ability to coordinate people and resources to meet business goals.
• Experience in staff development and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability through engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection.
• Create amazing customer experiences through client focus and collaboration; keep the team motivated.
• Implement visual merchandising directives to support brand strategy.
• Ensure appropriate replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Support loss prevention, safety policies and store procedures.
