Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable operation. You will lead and coach team members to meet KPIs, uphold policies, and maintain visual standards.

You’ll oversee daily store operations, train associates, and escalate issues as needed, while ensuring a safe, engaging shopping experience for customers. This is a full-time role with flexibility around weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensures team delivers an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience.
• Handles customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures.
• Maintains a clean and well organized store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience.
• Coaches and provides feedback on Sales Associate's performance.
• Drives efficiency in all operational store processes and maintains merchandise presentation standards.
