Job summary

Pacsun is seeking a Store Manager to lead a customer-focused, sales-driven and profitable store in a fast-paced fashion environment. You will coach the Management and Associate teams, drive in-store presentation, and ensure a rewarding associate experience while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in high-volume retail management with a focus on sales results and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales results in a high-volume environment.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically to attend meetings/workshops (overnight may be necessary).
• Minimum five years retail experience required.
• Minimum two years of retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store to deliver a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable operation.
• Coach and develop Management and Associate teams to align with company goals.
• Supervise in-store presentation, visual standards, and stockroom organization.
• Drive digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS.
• Monitor key reports, payroll tools, and shrinkage reduction initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, engaging shopping environment and exceptional customer experience.
