Warby Parker is seeking a Store Leader in Austin to build and lead a high-performing team of Managers, Opticians, and Advisors. You will drive store performance, execute operational processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, while meeting financial targets and budgets.

You will recruit, coach, and develop your staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and collaborate with Marketing on events. A strategic, hands-on leader who loves fashion and service will thrive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role at a complex, customer-focused retailer.
• Proven ability to build, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
• Clear, honest communicator capable of tough decisions.
• Organized and entrepreneurial, willing to take calculated risks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
• Passionate about delivering excellent service and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Warby Parker values to customers and team.
• Lead store operations to meet sales, service, and financial targets.
• Manage daily scheduling and payroll for the store.
• Coordinate events with Marketing and ensure brand consistency.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop store team; conduct performance reviews.
• Uphold risk management and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusive culture and deliver outstanding service.
• Participate in Store Leader Summit and leadership trainings.
