Warby Parker seeks a Store Leader to build and lead a team of managers, opticians, and advisors, driving exceptional customer experiences and meeting store financial targets. You will manage scheduling, payroll, events, and inventory protection, while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail management, proven leadership, and the ability to coach, recruit, and develop a high-performing team.
