Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a motivated Store Leader to lay the foundation for our growing Retail business. You will build and lead a team of Managers, Opticians, and Advisors to achieve personal and financial targets.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and collaborate with Marketing to coordinate store events while protecting inventory and assets. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role at a complex customer-focused retailer

Responsibilities

• Represent Warby Parker's values to customers and team members
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet store targets
• Follow company-wide processes to maintain brand consistency
• Manage daily scheduling and payroll for the store team
• Coordinate store events with Marketing
• Protect inventory and assets by following procedures
• Uphold risk management and safety protocols
• Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing team
• Lead biannual performance and development reviews
