Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Perform basic math calculations for counts, percentages and totals.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit control.
• Operate IBM POS to generate reports.
• Understand inventory management and merchandising best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff, scheduling and training to meet staffing targets.
• Ensure cash control, safety, and policy compliance in daily operations.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and presentation of merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and a safe work environment.
• Complete required paperwork and performance evaluations.
