Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication and reading skills needed.
• Leadership Training Program completion preferred.
• Experience in supervisory roles and in the same pay level or above.
• 3+ years as assistant store leader or similar role.
• 3+ years of retail experience.
• Budget preparation and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams in planning, implementation and execution of merchandising and operation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities in the store and develop action plans to ensure implementation.
• Achieve or exceed weekly, period, and annual sales, revenue and profit budgets.
