Responsibilities

• Assist store leader and team in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with the team.
• Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement plans.
• Drive sales with team, maximize profits, reduce shrink and improve department contributions.
• Participate in store-level financial discussions to meet budgets and targets.
• Analyze competitive landscape and respond with action plans.
• Coordinate division merchandising plans and provide feedback to leadership.
• Support staffing, retention efforts, and store operations.
• Provide timely performance feedback to staff.
• Assist with daily labor and supply cost management to meet targets.
• Physical tasks include standing, lifting, and manual dexterity as required.
