The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail, strong communication, and a proven ability to analyze data, plan events, and build teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires flexibility for a retail schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of retail experience with 2-3 years in managing a store.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to analyse selling reports and react quickly to the business trends.
• Experience in planning and executing events and marketing activations.
• Experience recruiting, building and developing a team.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Entrepreneurial drive.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and analyze sales data to set business strategies.
• Set individual sales goals for sales associates aligned with store goals.
• Motivate staff to meet sales and productivity targets.
• Support associate selling techniques and elevate service to maximize sales.
• Lead on-floor selling and be among top sellers of the team.
• Collaborate with Supervisor and Marketing to identify opportunities and events.
• Ensure KPI reports are understood to improve store performance.
