The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achievement of sales targets. You will manage merchandising, inventory, budget oversight, and local marketing initiatives, contributing to store profitability and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years retail leadership preferred.
• Proven experience leading a team and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and English proficiency.
• Experience with retail management software is a plus.
