Job summary

Perry Ellis International stores seek an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage payroll and HR duties, and lead a diverse team. You will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and align with corporate initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong leadership, and the ability to stand for extended periods. A BS degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Customer experience: be a role model and keep customers as top priority.
• Revenue: drive store strategy to meet sales and profitability goals; educate team on reports and trends.
• Operations: maintain staffing levels and payroll guidelines; ensure cleanliness and asset protection.
• Visual/brand: execute pricing, merchandising, and visual standards.
• People: recruit, train, and develop store talent; ensure HR standards and confidentiality.
• Additional: lead, supervise, and motivate staff; ensure policy compliance and loss prevention.
