Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Flexible availability; reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer service-oriented - outgoing, friendly, and personable with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.
• High school degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead associate supports customer service goals and drives sales.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions and events to inform customers.
• Ensure store visuals, pricing, and planograms align with brand standards.
• Support loss prevention and floor coverage and communicate effectively.
