Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Texas seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer service. This exempt leadership role typically covers 40+ hours weekly, including weekends, with a pay range of $55,170.00 – $93,780.00.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure retention.

Responsibilities

• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.

• Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
