Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience leading departments up to 40 team members.
• Strong customer service mindset with communication and problem-solving skills.
• Business acumen with understanding of sales performance, labor planning and profitability.
• Ability to interpret reports and use metrics to inform decisions.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store performance and drive sales targets across Hardlines and Softlines.
• Coach, develop, and inspire a diverse team of leaders and team members.
• Balance people leadership with execution, upholding policies, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Use sales metrics and labor plans to optimize productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate with Store Director and store leaders to align priorities and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure firearms sales are audited and compliant with federal and state requirements.
