Qualifications

• Sales specialist training completed as part of eligibility.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales by directing team to provide prompt, courteous, professional service.
• Supervise store team and work with District Manager on hiring, evaluating, and disciplining staff.
• Develop and post work schedules based on sales and payroll forecasts.
• Ensure store policies, merchandising plans, and planogram changes are followed.
