O’Reilly Auto Parts in Smithfield, NC seeks a Store Manager to lead sales, profitability, appearance, and overall operations of the store. You will direct a team, optimize schedules, manage inventory, pricing, and loss prevention while ensuring policy compliance and excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and experience with automotive parts; bilingualism (Spanish) is a plus, with professional certifications valued.

Competenze

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized with ability to prioritize and manage time.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired; ASE/PCP certifications add value.

Mansioni

• Maximize sales by directing team to provide prompt, courteous service.
• Solicit orders, sell company products, and uphold company policies.
• Maintain customer base and grow sales at assigned accounts.
• Coordinate sales calls with Territory Sales Manager.
• Supervise store team and work with District Manager on hiring and evaluation.
• Develop schedules and payroll forecasts; ensure accurate timekeeping.
• Review timecards and correct punches daily.
• Ensure training on policies, customer service, and operations.
• Set pricing levels for professional customers and maximize gross profit.
• Monitor discounts and price overrides for policy compliance.
• Keep store organized and aligned with company procedures.
• Communicate new information to team; implement planograms and merchandising.
• Provide stock adjustment recaps to Inventory Control.
• Handle daily store accounting: deposits, cash drawers, and checks.
• Monitor charge accounts and keep Territory Sales Manager informed on delinquencies.
• Implement loss prevention across areas like billing, refunds, and stock transfers.
• Ensure store vehicles are well maintained and inspected.
• Report property or maintenance needs; attend Annual Managers' Conference.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
