Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Assist the store manager with staffing, goal setting, coaching and training.
• Participate in hiring processes, interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure telephone inquiries are answered per policy and orders are processed timely.
• Oversee buy online/ship to store and transfers, and communicate with customers on shipments.
• Manage outside purchases and returns, ensuring proper processing and refunds.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and that policies are followed.
