Victra is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team at our Illinois location. You will coach and develop sales consultants, drive customer experience, and manage day-to-day store operations to achieve targets.

You will oversee training, store metrics, and merchandising while ensuring brand standards and compliance. This hourly role includes paid training and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to set goals, evaluate performance and develop a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities
