Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the entire store team, drive customer experience, and lead with integrity and inclusivity. You will coach and develop associates to deliver outstanding service, merchandising excellence, and consistent operations to achieve sales profitability and KPI targets.

You will recruit, schedule, and manage payroll; supervise hiring decisions, performance management, and loss prevention, while maintaining high merchandising standards and staff

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising 20+ associates and making employment decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: Experience supervising 50+ associates; college degree or equivalent retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide profitable sales and achieve store financial plans through leadership of the store team.
• Manage payroll planning, scheduling and labor costs based on weekly/monthly sales.
• Recruit, hire, promote and terminate for all levels of store personnel.
• Oversee associate relations and performance management, ensuring policy adherence.
• Train new hires on company culture, product knowledge and selling practices; set goals for loyalty programs.
• Coach and develop the store team; create succession plans for growth.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper receiving, pricing and ticketing.
• Prevent loss by educating staff and partnering with Loss Prevention.
• Maintain merchandising standards and implement visual direction and planograms.
• Direct floor replenishment to keep product available on the sales floor.
• Deliver a compelling in-store experience with swift checkout and customer service.
