Victra is hiring a Store Manager in Millington, TN to lead guest experience and drive high-performance sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach a team, meet store targets, and implement the company vision daily.

You will participate in paid training, manage operations, and ensure brand compliance while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Driving personal sales by following our EGET sales process.
• Leading your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Taking directions from District Manager on day-to-day operations.
• Setting and sharing daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Providing your team with training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Identifying selling skill gaps and building development plans to meet sales metrics.
• Running store operations and reporting financial and sales data.
• Monitoring inventory and maintaining store cleanliness and security.
• Leading store merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Completing store opening and closing activities.
• Collective responsibility on attaining store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
