Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability.
• Experience supervising a large team of exempt and nonexempt associates, including performance management and hiring.
• Ability to lead in a high-volume retail environment with complex store operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs facility operations, merchandising and company direction to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Leads management and hourly associates, including recruitment, training, mentoring and succession planning.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, asset protection and quality standards.
• Drives budgets, forecasting, and financial performance; partners with market teams to drive margins.
• Develops community relationships and represents Walmart in external engagements when needed.
