Job summary

Casper is seeking an Associate Store Manager for Washington Square in Tigard, OR to lead staff and daily operations, while delivering a customer-centric sales experience. You will coach a high-performing team, manage scheduling and inventory, and work to meet sales plans and brand standards.

You have 3+ years as a people leader in retail or service, strong communication skills, and a results-focused approach, with willingness to relocate for growth opportunities. Salesforce experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience as a people leader in Retail, sales, customer service or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of attracting, developing, and motivating top talent and adapting to change.
• Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales and controlling expenses.
• Fluency in Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff scheduling, opening/closing, inventory, and store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Recruit, retain and develop a talent pool through daily networking and interviews.
• Coach and mentor a world class service-minded and high performing team.
• Maintain an engaging, customer-centric environment and drive data-driven decisions.
